UX Director & Society-Centered Design Contributor

I am a German Product Design Lead with more then 10 years of experience in the field of User Experience and Interaction Design. As UX Director I lead one of the business units at Mutabor, that consists of cross-functional product teams. The unit mainly works with agile methods to develop digital products and services. These include native apps, responsive websites, single web applications, pattern libraries, connected devices and micro services.

My responsibility within the unit is coaching the product teams, especially the “creatives” working in UX/UI Design, to build experiences, refine workflows and share knowledge with colleagues and the community. My passion is to develop user-centered design further for the challenges of our time. We call it: Society-Centered Design – a toolbox to develop economically and socially forward-looking products.
